The convention is sold out! Registration is now closed for the Bricks by the Bay convention.

Register and pay by February 3, 2012 for the Early Bird price (save $5). You can see who’s signed up so far on our Roster page.

Prices for registration are as follows:

Deluxe registrations are sold out as of January 19, 2012, sorry.

Deluxe registration cost an additional $35 and includes Basic, plus:

• T-shirt ($15 value)
• Pin ($5 value)
• Event Kit ($20 value) Reduced from $30 in 2011!
• Total value (during Normal Registration period): $95 (save $5 off of a la carte pricing)

There is a maximum of 100 Deluxe registrations available, and even if any are left, they will not be offered after March 2, 2012.

There is a maximum of 400 registrations (total of Basic + Deluxe) available in all.

Customized engraved badges will not be available after March 9, 2012; if you register after that date your badge will have your name brick made by printing a sticker using a label maker (no city or affiliation bricks). If you wish an engraved badge after the convention you can contact the engraver directly to have them made at your expense (including shipping).

Save an additional $10 by staying at the convention hotel! Limit one discount per hotel room.  Must stay at least one night in the hotel to claim the discount but we strongly encourage you to stay in the hotel at least two nights.  Hotel room sales are vital to the success of the convention, but even if you live locally or could stay nearby with a friend or relative, you’d miss out on a lot of the late-night social activity by not staying in the hotel.  We have negotiated a special room rate of $108 per night single/double occupancy (add $25 per person for triple or quad), which is a great rate for a Hyatt Regency hotel!  Also, the Wi-Fi which is normally $10 per day is included free with your room, and works in guest room areas and the lobby (but not the convention space).

To reserve your room, go to the hotel’s Bricks by the Bay reservations page to start the registration process, or call the hotel at +1 800 633 7313 and ask for “Bricks by the Bay” group rates. You can then provide the reservation number when you register for the convention for your $10 discount.
