Registration for the 2013 Bricks by the Bay Convention is not yet open. Please check this space and make sure you are on the Convention-Announce mailing list to get the news when it opens.

Here are the rates for registration:

Deluxe registration cost an additional $35 and includes Basic, plus:

• T-shirt ($15 value)
• Pin ($5 value)
• Event Kit ($20 value)
• Total value (during Normal Registration period): $95 (save $5 off of a la carte pricing)

There is a maximum of 150 Deluxe registrations available, and even if any are left, they will not be offered after August 2, 2012.

There is a maximum of 500 registrations (total of Basic + Deluxe) available in all.

Registration is scheduled to closed at midnight on August 2, 2013, but may sell out before that date, so register early!

Save an additional $20.00 (Double the discount from earlier years!) by staying at the convention hotel! Limit one discount per hotel room. Must stay at least one night in the hotel to claim the discount but we strongly encourage you to stay in the hotel at least two nights. Hotel room sales are vital to the success of the convention, but even if you live locally or could stay nearby with a friend or relative, you’d miss out on a lot of the late-night social activity by not staying in the hotel. We have negotiated a special room rate of $109 per night single/double occupancy (add $25 per person for triple or quad), which is a great rate for a Hyatt Regency hotel! Also, the Wi-Fi which is normally $10 per day is included free with your room, and works in guest room areas and the lobby (but not the convention space).

If you’re staying at the hotel, be sure to reserve your room first and then complete your registration, since you’ll need to give us your confirmation number to get your discount. Go to the Hyatt Reservations page to start the registration process, or call Hyatt Reservations at 1-888-421-1442 and ask for “Bricks by the Bay” group rate. Note: do not call the Santa Clara hotel directly; reservations must go through the national reservations desk.
