Friday (7am-midnight) setup in the morning; convention in the afternoon (evening: keynote speech)
Saturday (7am-midnight) convention (evening: awards, followed by no-host bar until 2am)
Sunday (7am-6pm) convention (public hours 10am-4pm, closing ceremony, then teardown)
