REGISTER!

Calling all LEGO artists enthusiasts, hobbyists, fans! Sign up now for Bricks by the Bay.  Here is the process for registration:

  1. If you’ll be staying at the hotel, make your hotel reservation (be sure to specify you are with Bricks by the Bay for the $89 hotel rate and free Internet access in your room) and note your confirmation number. Note that the success of the convention depends on our use of the hotel rooms, so please be sure your room is counted in the total!
  2. Go to the Early Registration form (the form is also available below on this page) and fill it out, specifying your hotel reservation number (if any) for a $5 discount. Limit one discount per hotel reservation.
  3. Depending on your preference for payment, either mail us a check or wait for the PayPal invoice, and then pay the invoice.  (NOTE: PayPal may take a couple of days, since we have to invoice you by hand.)  If paying by check, make it payable to “Bricks by the Bay, Inc.” and mail it to:

  4. You will then receive instructions on how you can gain access to the wiki pages where we will be planning events and exhibits if you are bringing any models to show.
  5. Vendors: you must also register on the Vendor Registration form and pay the additional vendor fees.

Registration forms are powered by Google Docs. Your information will be saved in an online spreadsheet visible only to the key event organizers with a “need to know.” Your personal information will not be shared with any other organization or business except as needed for the operation of the convention. Your contact information will not be sold or transferred for any commercial purposes whatsoever. Your “badge name,” city, and affiliations will be published on the Bricks by the Bay Web site unless you request otherwise (except for attendees under 16 years old).
