In addition to all the great LEGO displays at the convention we also have an opportunity to buy LEGO parts and related accessories from the vendors in our vendor room. The vendor area will be open throughout the convention to attendees, and to the public during Public Day hours (10am-4pm on Sunday).
Becoming a Vendor
If you or someone you know owns a LEGO-related business and would like to have vendor space at our event, please sign up for a booth (registration for 2013 is not currently open). Rates for vendor space in 2013 will be as follows:
- Small: 8′x8′ space with one 6′ table – $50
- Medium: 8′x16′ space with one 6′ table and one 8′ table – $125
- Large: 8′x24′ space with one 6′ table and two 8′ tables – $200
Each booth includes a 6′ table in an 8′ wide space, to give you an aisle to enter and exit your booth. We’ll add a one-foot “no man’s land” between booths with a low pipe-and-drape barrier, so that a full 30″ aisle (required for wheelchair access) is provided for each vendor. You can bring additional shelving, furniture, etc. if you wish to set up your booth.
Since there is a large demand for vendor spaces we are limiting the size of spaces in order to accommodate as many vendors as possible. We will give first priority to vendors who have participated in previous Bricks by the Bay conventions, in descending order by the size of space they have used in the past.
Note: Due to the non-profit nature of our organization, we can only permit vendors to sell LEGO-related products. Also, the hotel strictly prohibits distribution or sale of adhesive promotional stickers.
