Interested in selling products at the Bricks by the Bay convention? Here’s what you need to do…
Vendors may request up to five (5) tables, but are not guaranteed they will receive all the tables they request. In the event that we have too many vendors to satisfy all table requests, we will remove tables from the vendors that have the most so that we can accommodate as many vendors as possible. You will be guaranteed at least two (2) tables. If you register for more than that and the tables are not available, your registration fees for the additional tables will be refunded.
All persons who will need access to the vendor area must be registered convention attendees in addition to registering for the vendor space.
The tables are standard hotel banquet tables, minimum six (6) feet by 30 inches (2 1/2 feet).
If you need Internet access at your table, a $10 fee per day ($30 total) will apply. There is free Internet access in the lobby and in guest rooms, but in the convention space it is blocked and you must obtain a password to get access. The hotel sells the passwords to us at $100 for 10 and we are passing along the cost at no mark-up.
Vendors are responsible for compliance with California and Alameda County sales tax laws.
Vendors at Bricks by the Bay will be located in the Fremont Jr. Ballroom, just across the hallway from the main convention display space in the Grand Ballroom. See the floorplan diagram (click it for more details about the hotel’s event space):
NEW! You can now register as a vendor online. See the Vendor Registration Form for details. You can reach us by email at vendor@bricksbythebay.com with any questions and/or concerns. Thanks!

What are the Sunday public hours and where do I find information about the California and Alameda County sales tax laws? I’m from out of state and don’t know where to look or what to do to conform to these tax laws.
See the CA Board of Equalization Web site for details.

We haven’t finalized the public hours for Sunday, but probably something like 10am-4pm based on the way other conventions have done it.
